What not to do on a Wednesday night

Don't work late on a Wednesday night, leave the lab close to 9:30, decide that it is too late to shop or cook, stop by Wendy's on the way home, order 2 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers with no mayo and a sour cream and chive baked potato, get home, walk the dog, feed the dog, sit down with Wendy's bag, turn on the boob tube and watch the last 20 minutes of The Biggest Loser on NBC. Just don't do it. It won't make you feel good. It will even go so far as to destroy your good feelings about working late and getting work done. Bye-bye, good vibes from productivity. Because.... here is what 234 pounds or 318 pounds or 256 pounds looks like. Um, yeah, I am really not that far off. Man, have I got to work on this.
